All orders are eligible for inspection upon delivery. Customers are responsible for checking the item carefully at the time of delivery.
Once the item is accepted and received, it is considered approved and finalized, and no return, exchange, or refund requests will be accepted thereafter.

2. Return Policy
We do not accept returns for non-defective items after inspection and delivery acceptance.
Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect discovered during inspection upon delivery.
If a defect is identified, the item must be refused at the time of delivery and reported immediately.
Conditions for Returns (during inspection only):
•The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
•The item must be in its original packaging, including dust bags, barcodes, and all accompanying paperwork or materials.

3. Exchange Policy
We do not accept exchanges after the item has been inspected and accepted upon delivery.
Items marked as “By Order” or custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.

4. Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is found to be defective or damaged during inspection upon delivery, please notify the delivery representative immediately and contact us with clear photos or videos as proof.
Once the issue is verified, our team will provide the necessary instructions.

Refunds are applicable only if a manufacturing defect is confirmed during inspection upon delivery.
Once approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within a timeframe determined by the payment provider’s policies.
